Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital products

All digital files are available for download immediately after checkout. Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are non-returnable once the file has been accessed. If you have completed your purchase but have not yet downloaded your file, you are still eligible for a refund — please visit account.magiclittledreams.com to request one.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Downloaded digital files are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have stated otherwise. Where a return is accepted, we will refund the full price of the item plus the standard outbound shipping cost — even if you originally chose a more expensive delivery option; any additional delivery costs above standard rate are non-refundable.

For digital products purchased by EU customers: once you have downloaded your file, you waive your right of withdrawal. If you have not yet accessed the file, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at magiclittledreamsquilts@gmail.com.
